Coaching is carrying someone from where they are to where they want to be. It is a sacred journey. It requires coaches that are sufficiently self-aware and anchored; who have the knowledge when to step out of the way.
What our coach academy offers
Saraswati Coach Academy International offers three CCE (Continuing Coach Education) coach training programmes. A step approach is normally used, and it is advisable that you first complete the Life Congruence Coach Certification as a prerequisite for certification towards the Change and Transformation Coach Certification and thereafter, complete the Leadership Effectiveness Coach Certification. This is done because the material is expanded from one programme to the next and knowledge is built on what had been previously acquired.
However, the following individuals are also welcome to enroll:
Coaches who have already completed a coaching foundation programme
Individuals trained in a similar field
If a programme appeals to you and you wish to do this for your own learning and growth
If you do not wish to necessarily obtain CCEU’s towards your continued ICF credentialing
Each programme comprises a minimum of 30 (thirty) hours of coach-specific training and is taught against standards established by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and by the Saraswati Coach Academy International in alignment with the ICF.
Separately and jointly, each programme of training enables you towards higher programmes of credentialization through the ICF. This means that the progressive completion of each programme qualifies you for more advanced accreditation so that you may reach Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification programmes, provided that practical coaching hours are met.

Change & Transformation Coach CertificationThis Programme will enable you to become a fully certified Change & Transformation Coach with all the rights and entitlements that this accords to you, meaning that you can use the title to offer your coaching services to organisations. |

Leadership Effectiveness Coach CertificationThis programme is designed to support executive and senior management in their roles; to enhance their ability to lead with distinction and clarity so that they guide the business with strategic and tactical thinking. |

Personal MasteryThe programme is conducted in a nature setting and involves the three brains, motivational and self-inspired exercises, mindfulness meditation practice, music therapy, peer coaching, and the unlocking of critical and dynamic tools for self-reflection, self-measurement, goal-setting and planning. |

Advanced Personal MasteryThis programme involves the invoking of enhanced levels of holistic excellence. Large focus is placed on masterful leadership of self and others, purposeful action, congruent being and doing, living in flow and balance, exceptional resilience, conscious choice-making and harnessing of the inner powers. |

Creating Enduring Resilience for Tough TimesA unique Master Class and coaching programme for anyone who needs to become more resilient, who needs to improve resilience in their people and teams or families, who requires more stamina and attitude to get more done and for anyone who coaches others in the pursuance of their dreams. |

THE CALLING TO COACH
When you are genuinely called to become a coach, you have a deep knowing that in this way you will be creating personal transformation for others in ways not previously thought possible. You would want to do this not because of opportunity or money or self-validation, but because you have been gifted the purpose, passion and inner resources to impact others’ lives significantly.
You would be willing, when this is your calling, to do the hard work of personal self-transformation and to do whatever it takes to offer your service to the world. Being a coach is often inaccurately glorified; it is perceived as wisdom dressed up in authority, when essentially, being a coach is being humble enough to facilitate a process that is authentically meaningful only when you are free of your own ego, agenda and need of control.
