1 Assessing the current “As-Is” reality and obtaining a thorough understanding of your needs and wants through active facilitation of integrative workshops.
We often do this exercise free of charge so that the value proposition we present to you are tangibly experienced and fully aligned with your expectations.
Numerous methods of assessing the current reality could be performed including desk studies, individual interviews, team hubs or facilitated workshops.
2 We then design the ideal “To-Be” ideal state following a leadership-led approach and by getting proper input from all relevant stakeholders.
This exercise is costed upfront with clear design principles having been put in place prior to commencement of the design phase.
A number of design methods are used including brown papers, think tanks, creative hubs, facilitated workshops, story boarding and vision entries.
3 Implementation of consulting designs are always done hand-in-hand with fit-for-purpose change management principles and practices and all stakeholders are involved in the process. Naturally, effective project management forms part of the consulting process throughout.
This phase involves effective implementation strategies that are led by internal teams and may, as necessary, be guided by Saraswati.
Implementation methods could include training, advocation and awareness sessions, reflection hubs, facilitated workshops or on-line participation.
4 The monitoring, measurement and improvement phase consists of Saraswati determining the exactness of delivery of the required result, its impact and overall efficacy.  It would also involve bringing about improvement or correction where / if necessary.
