  • Coaching focuses primarily on personal growth of the individual in ways previously not realized

Executive Coaching – Developing the executive to his/her full potential by addressing development gaps where these exist. Executive coaching addresses all of the relevant leadership / management areas, including decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, etc.

Business Coaching – Coaching is directed at equipping the individual with the technical and practical theory and practice in various business situations and environments and includes a number of coaching styles.

Leadership Effectiveness Coaching – Coaching centers around the executive’s ability to lead from a place of influence, to communicate with clarity and purpose, to inspire a future vision and deal with current challenges meaningfully and to coach, mentor and develop people effectively.

Change and Transformation Coaching – The objectives are to ensure that leaders, change agents, human resources practitioners and individuals are change fit. The Coaching focuses on the coachee’s ability to adapt to changing situations and environments by first becoming change adept themselves. Significant insight is generated around the coachee’s resistance to change and to find ways to meaningfully address fears about change, the impact of change and to transform their thinking and behaviors about change.

Team Effectiveness Coaching – Team Coaching means working with the whole team to enhance their self-awareness and mutual regard and respect they have for each other, with the focus on improving the quality of relationships and identifying what encourages, and what obstacles get in the way of the team’s effectiveness and performance.
