WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE THE CALLING TO COACH
When you are genuinely called to become a coach, you have a deep knowing that in this way you will be creating personal transformation for others at levels not previously thought possible. You would want to do this not because of opportunity or money or self-validation, but because you have been gifted the purpose, passion and inner resources to impact lives significantly.
You would be willing, when this is your calling, to do the hard work of personal self-transformation and to do whatever it takes to offer your service to the world. Being a coach is often inaccurately glorified; it is perceived as wisdom dressed up in authority, when essentially, being a coach is being humble enough to facilitate a process that is authentically meaningful only when you are free of your own ego, agenda and need of control.
Coaching is carrying someone from where they are to where they want to be. It is a sacred journey. It requires coaches that are sufficiently self-aware and anchored; who have the knowledge when to step out of the way.
THE LIFE CONGRUENCE COACH CERTIFICATION
Programme Information
- This programme is currently accredited, and coaches will be certified upon completion.
- The programme focuses on holistic life coaching through a process of inner healing and transformation. It has been used with resounding success with individuals from all walks of life, including in organisations for executives and managers.
- The Saraswati Coach Academy has set coach capability standards at a similar or higher level as that established by the ICF (International Coach Federation).
- The ICF core competencies are embedded as a part of the coach training programme.
- 36 student contact hours are awarded.

LENGTH AND THE DURATION OF LIFE CONGRUENCE COACH TRAINING
30 classroom hours and 5 self-study hours are required. 1 Observed Coaching Session with feedback from a Credentialed Coach Trainer is included. In-training coach practise forms a vigorous part of the programme. Our programmes are experiential in nature and blends theory with practice.
You will be able to coach confidently once completed; effectively setting you up to apply all you have learned in real coaching situations.Visual material, self-reflection, real-time coaching exercises form part of the course content.

Amory Landis
Amory Landis is a Certified Life, Performance and Executive Coach and is accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He also consults for various premier organisations as a specialist consultant in areas of Human Resource Management, Change Management and Organisational Culture Design. Some of his clients include Gold Fields, Sanlam, Joburg Property Company and Minerals Processing Executive.
He has coached individuals and executives towards living an authentic and balanced life, whilst helping them to develop and hone their gifts. Amory is particularly asked to coach for improved individual performance and in this area, he works with professional athletes, executives and people who are aspiring to reach the next level in their career, or personal goals.
He utilizes a holistic approach towards self-discovery and personal mastery, guiding individuals towards a joyful state in which they are able to function at their highest potential.
Amory is also certified in Results Coaching and Mbit Coaching which he utilizes as an add-on to drive the individual and organizations’ objectives.

Helga’s corporate exposure in many executive positions, including that held with Price Waterhouse, Aptus Integrated Solutions, The Landis Group of Companies, Sureback and Sensormatic ensures that she is able to understand and assist coachees and teams to appropriately respond to organisational and market demands and excel and achieve in complex, dynamic, multi-faceted environments.
Helga is a Board Certified Coach, Certified Life Congruence Coach, Certified Change & Transformation Coach and Certified Professional Coach.
She is the CEO for the group and Programme Director for Saraswati Coach Academy International.
Helga also consults to various premier organisations, including Gold Fields, Impala Platinum, AstraZeneca, Aspen Pharmacare and Gem Diamonds, to name a few.
She has coached over 500 executives and individuals from all walks of life, with over 5,000 coaching hours to date.
However, Helga’s real work was on herself and in creating self-mastery for her own personal healing and growth.
